After moving to the Tallahassee area in 2005 Earl became keenly interested in helping people with the buying and selling of their real estate. Having sucessfully sold two personal homes and one as an executor of a family member's estate without the help of a Realtor, he was acutely aware of the challenges facing buyers and sellers. He felt his years in manufacturing operations and manufacturing sales provided him a base on which to build expertise in real estate. Earl negotiated supply contracts, managed customer service and was known as the "go to" guy when a problem arose.
Earl received his Real Estate License in mid 2006 just as the market began to tank. Not letting that deter him, he has steadily built his circle of satisfied customers. The vast majority of them indicate that they have not worked with a Realtor before that provided the attention to detail plus the above and beyond service.
